Harper’s Illustrated Biochemistry, Twenty Sixth Edition
I used this book as a complimentary book for my biochemistry class and it is great! Of all the biochemistry books I’ve seen, this one has the best pictures that show the metabolic pathways including ALL the details that go with them in a neat display. All chapters in this book start with a simple example of medical relevant topic that make the chapter more motivating to study.
